Tall tree being safely removed next to a home in Orland Park

Who You Talk To

Many people expect a big company with a crew on the line. That is not how this works. Allegedprepared Tree Service is a referral service. You talk with an independent tree removal provider in our network.

That provider runs their own business. They look at your tree, give advice and quote the work.

What Happens on the Call

The first talk is usually short. Expect questions like:

  • Where is the tree, and how big is it?
  • Is it near a house, wire or fence?
  • Is it dead, leaning or storm-damaged?
  • Do you want the stump ground down too?

Photos can help. A provider may also want to visit before giving a firm quote. It helps to have your address and a good time to talk ready.

What to Ask a Provider

A good provider is happy to answer. Here are smart questions:

  • Do you carry insurance, and can I see proof?
  • Is cleanup and hauling included in the quote?
  • What is the plan for stump grinding?
  • How will you protect my roof, lawn and sump pump lines?
  • Can I get the quote in writing?
  • What should I watch for after the tree is gone?

That last question matters. Fix it, then protect it. A provider can often tell you if nearby trees show warning signs.

You Are in Control

Myth: once you send a request, you are locked in. Reality: you are not. There is no obligation. You can compare quotes, say no, or ask for another provider.

We do not set prices or schedules. Those are between you and the provider. Take your time, read the quote, and ask about anything that seems unclear.
